Offer and acceptance
The accepted Order Schedule identifies whether you purchase commissioned AI-assisted production or rights in a specific completed work. It states total USD price and applicable tax treatment, payment due, specifications, inputs, start and delivery dates/time zone, included revisions, acceptance criteria, licence scope, source-file inclusions and support. The USD 200 sample is one full payment, three working days after the recorded prerequisites and one in-scope revision, excluding editable project files. Other orders are individually quoted. There is no subscription or automatic debit.
Refund disclosure
No additional voluntary change-of-mind refund policy is offered. This must be displayed before acceptance and payment. Applicable state and federal rights concerning misrepresentation, non-performance, defects, cancellation, unowed funds or other mandatory remedies are not waived. Do not represent the FTC’s three-business-day Cooling-Off Rule as a universal right for purchases completed entirely online; other laws may still apply. Nor does the absence of that rule permit fraudulent or unfair practices. Mandatory remedies cannot be replaced with unwanted store credit.
Performance and rights
We perform the agreed work and disclose material delays, scope changes and charges before imposing them. New work and material changes require written agreement. No audience, revenue or platform-approval result is guaranteed unless expressly contracted. Content rights are limited to the expressly agreed, supported licence or transferable rights; payment does not buy all copyright by default. A technical acceptance or download does not waive non-excludable remedies.
Requests and evidence
Contact Office@t1drama.com or the contracting channel with the order reference and issue. Retain the accepted documents, prepayment disclosures, receipt time and response. Customer identity and source-account checks for refunds are proportionate. Do not send banking passwords or unrelated statements. Applicable law and competent forums remain; no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is introduced by this notice.
