1 Scope and status
Concept posters, story directions and demonstrations do not establish completed-series inventory or licensing availability. A commissioned sample is the output of a specific order. Completed content is licensed only with an identified file version and rights schedule. Free preview grants no licence.
2 Materials and permissions
Customers must be authorised to supply the agreed scripts, IP, photographs, music, voices and brand assets and identify sources and restrictions. T1Drama remains responsible for its own assets and commitments rather than shifting all rights responsibility to the customer. References may not be incorporated without permission.
3 AI use and human review
The service uses AI-assisted scripting, storyboarding, imagery, video, voice, subtitles and localisation. Output may contain continuity, similarity, pronunciation or factual issues and remains subject to agreed human review and acceptance. AI disclosure, provenance and output labelling required by law or platform rules are implemented for the relevant project; this notice alone does not replace output-level duties.
4 Rights and source assets
Customer pre-existing materials, T1Drama tools, third-party assets, human work and AI elements are treated separately. A licence or assignment of transferable rights specifies territory, language, platforms, uses, term, exclusivity, adaptation and sublicensing. Order activation, delivery and rights commencement are recorded separately. The USD 200 sample excludes editable project files; other source assets are supplied only when expressly included and supported by rights and delivery capability.
5 Special uses
Production permission does not automatically include resale, unrelated training, case-study publicity, voice cloning, digital replicas or uses involving minors. Those uses require appropriate specific permission. AI involvement does not establish uniform worldwide exclusive copyright or guaranteed registration; rights not held must not be promised for sale.
6 External tools and information
Tools, Blog and Quick Win identify partnerships, sponsorships or affiliate arrangements only where supported. Listing does not imply ownership, endorsement or permanently unchanged prices/features. Tutorials and examples do not guarantee traffic, revenue or platform approval. Check third-party permissions before use.
7 Rights concerns
Send Office@t1drama.com the affected URL or file location, rights evidence, facts, contact details and requested action; representatives identify their authority. Do not send unrelated identity documents or full bank statements. We assess concerns, restrict affected material where needed and allow response/review, rather than treating a complaint as a final infringement finding. This process does not claim US DMCA-agent registration.
