2 Website and initial markets
The primary markets are the United States and Brazil; supporting markets are Indonesia, Mexico and the United Kingdom. The website provides Chinese and English, with English as its default overseas entry. Product information, contracts and rights notices are provided in required local languages before the relevant transaction. This market list does not establish every local registration, licensable inventory or every audio/subtitle language.
3 Services and content
Library supports discovery and licensing enquiries; a completed work is licensed only with an identified version and supported rights scope. Studio provides commissioned AI video production, samples and localisation. Tools describes external tools and workflows; Blog and Quick Win provide information and learning content. Listings and learning materials are not automatically paid products, subscriptions or a T1Drama API.
4 Eligibility and order process
Individuals must have capacity to contract and organisational representatives must be authorised. An enquiry creates no payment obligation. Before a controlled bank-payment request, the parties confirm product, scope, total price, currency, delivery, rights, cancellation rules and the applicable country notice. Customers can correct errors and retain the documents. Contract and activation dates are recorded in the Order Schedule; delayed payment verification must not artificially postpone a statutory period.
5 Payment and order activation
Initial payment is by USD bank transfer. The standard sample costs USD 200 paid once in full, with a T1Drama payment handling fee of USD 0. Other projects are individually quoted, with no default USD 200 price or 50/50 split. Tax treatment and any bank-charge allocation are disclosed before transfer, not added unexpectedly. An authorised person records activation after verifying available funds and allocation to the order; a screenshot or transfer declaration is not verified receipt. Production additionally requires the stated inputs, permissions, direction and any applicable early-start request.
6 Cancellation refunds and performance
T1Drama does not offer additional voluntary refunds solely for a change of mind, a change in budget or failure to achieve commercial results that were not promised. This does not exclude cancellation, withdrawal, refunds, price reductions, compensation, repeat performance or other remedies required by applicable law, or permit retention of mistaken, duplicate or excess sums that are not owed. Custom work, AI use, bank transfer, full advance payment, download or receipt does not itself remove those rights. See the Cancellation, Statutory Remedies and Delivery Policy and country notices. A company/individual form choice alone does not determine consumer status.
7 Content safety and use
Do not infringe rights, impersonate others, submit malicious files or bypass another customer’s order or file permissions. Public viewing grants no commercial-copying, training or sublicensing permission. Submit only material authorised for the project; references are not automatically cleared for incorporation. Necessary proportionate safeguards may be taken for rights or security concerns, with a review channel.
8 Responsibility and disputes
Production, delivery and rights follow the express agreement. Distribution, account operation, advertising, traffic, revenue and platform approval are not guaranteed unless separately contracted; agreed quality, rights and legal duties remain. Applicable law and competent courts or dispute bodies are determined by the actual transaction and the law. These documents do not impose mandatory arbitration, exclusive Hong Kong courts or a blanket liability cap, or require consumers to surrender non-excludable rights in their home jurisdiction. Chinese and English express the same agreement; mandatory local language, applicable-law and remedy rules prevail. Material discrepancies must be clarified in writing before payment, without diminishing statutory rights.
9 Versions and existing orders
Version 1.4 was prepared on 30 September 2026 and applies to new transactions accepted under it after it is displayed. Later web changes do not silently rewrite accepted order snapshots, scope or rights. Material changes are notified on the website and, where an existing order is affected, through its agreed contact channel.
