1 Commercial refund policy
T1Drama does not offer additional voluntary refunds solely for a change of mind, a change in budget or failure to achieve commercial results that were not promised. This does not exclude cancellation, withdrawal, refunds, price reductions, compensation, repeat performance or other remedies required by applicable law, or permit retention of mistaken, duplicate or excess sums that are not owed. Custom work, AI use, bank transfer, full advance payment, download or receipt does not itself remove those rights. Enquiries and pending requests for which no transfer was initiated may be withdrawn; there is no refund of money not received. Settlement for unperformed contracted work must still comply with applicable law, without a forfeiture disproportionate to lawful losses.
2 Statutory rights prevail
Mandatory rights applicable in the United States, Brazil, Indonesia, Mexico and the United Kingdom prevail. Brazil’s applicable seven-day remote-transaction withdrawal right is not automatically lost by an ordinary request to start. UK service cancellation and lawful early-start/full-performance rules differ from consent for immediate digital content. Mexico’s Article 56 scope and service-date exception are assessed for the actual order. Indonesia’s minimum two-working-day exchange/cancellation arrangement for specified problems does not limit all rights to two days. See the country notices.
3 Non-performance and non-conformity
If T1Drama cannot perform, fails to deliver as agreed, or supplies defective or rights-impaired work, the remedies required by law and contract include correction, repeat performance, replacement, price reduction, refund or other relief. Correctable problems may be resolved first where legally permitted, without delaying a time-limited cancellation or refund. Correction of agreed-specification defects is not automatically a paid extra revision.
4 Payment discrepancies and returns
Duplicate, excess, wrong-currency, late, third-party or post-cancellation transfers are verified rather than automatically converted to credit or forfeited. Customer receipts are not proof of funds received. Only verified funds actually received are processed, without requesting banking passwords or codes. Sums not owed are returned as required; the absence of voluntary refunds is not grounds to retain them.
5 Making a request and handling it
Email Office@t1drama.com with the order/customer reference, contact email, request and necessary facts; no special wording or reason is required where the law permits withdrawal without reasons. Receipt, assessment, decision, bank initiation and receipt are recorded separately, within applicable legal deadlines. Applicable Brazilian withdrawal refunds are handled immediately as required; UK refunds follow the applicable 14-day deadline without indefinite delay attributed to bank transit. Statutory amounts and methods prevail; no unagreed or unlawful refund fees, penalties or bank-charge deductions are imposed.
6 Refund destination and evidence
A required refund normally returns to the verified original payer/source account. If that is unavailable, use a lawful alternative supported by identity, authority and independent verification. An emailed account-change request alone is insufficient. Approved, initiated and received describe separate actual states.
7 Delivery and review
The SOW specifies files, languages, duration, format, aspect ratio, audio and subtitles. The USD 200 sample includes three working days and one in-scope revision, excluding editable project files; the start event, business calendar, time zone and due time are specified before payment. Other projects agree their own parameters. Delivery uses the nominated notification email and controlled access. Receipt, download and quality acceptance are distinct; there is no default acceptance by silence.
8 Retention and re-delivery
Customers should promptly download and retain final deliverables. Link validity, re-delivery availability and any additional hosting are specified for the order; there is no unlimited free-hosting promise. Report inaccessible, missing or corrupted files for the correction required by law and contract. Link expiry neither automatically deletes server files nor terminates rights already validly granted.
