Purchase credits for Creator Lab tools in the App. USD 1 buys 100 base credits. Review tool usage and the cost of a specific task in the App before confirming. These credits do not pay for Studio production or content licensing.

Subtotal $0A single top-up of $50 or more earns a 20% bonus on its base credits. Separate top-ups do not accumulate toward the threshold.
Completed top-ups are not eligible for voluntary refunds. Used credits are not refundable. Payment errors and applicable statutory remedies are covered by our cancellation and refund policy.

The production period begins after payment, required materials, specifications and start confirmation are complete. The order records the delivery date and time zone.

Creator credit checkout uses Airwallex when the account and payment service are enabled. If checkout is unavailable, no new payment is taken. Service orders follow their separately agreed payment instructions.
Credits are delivered electronically to the associated App account after payment verification. Purchased and bonus credits are tracked separately. Returning from checkout is not proof of payment or credit delivery. Service files follow the agreed private delivery process.
