1 Scope and purposes
Cookies, local storage and session storage support authentication, language, work selections, knowledge progress and draft continuity. Server logs and external-service data are also covered by the Privacy Policy. The inventory below identifies names, data and application periods; device expiry is not server-file retention.
| Technology | Purpose and duration |
|---|---|
t1drama-locale | Cookie storing the Chinese or English choice, up to 365 days. Change the language or clear site data. |
sb-*-admin-auth-token / sb-*-customer-auth-token | Authentication cookies and related chunks/PKCE store session and flow-verification data. The SDK default of up to 400 days does not mean continuous authentication for 400 days; logout, server sessions and deployment settings determine validity. |
t1drama:v3:shortlist | Local storage for public work identifiers, saved selections, comparisons and the main reference. No fixed application expiry; change selections or clear site data. |
t1drama:knowledge:v1 | Local storage for saved or completed article identifiers. No fixed application expiry; change selections or clear site data. |
t1drama:v3:studio-draft:* / :active | Session storage for Studio creative text, choices and language. The 24-hour read-validity period is not a promise of timed physical deletion. |
t1drama:v3:contact-draft:* | Session storage for Brief name, email, company, needs, material links, choices and step. Read validity is 24 hours; successful submission clears relevant drafts. This is not a timed deletion mechanism. |
t1drama:p23:brief-handoff | Session storage for the name, email, organisation and message the user chooses to hand off. Invalid after 10 minutes and removed when read. |
t1drama:p11:result-handoff | Session storage for submission references, receipt and request summary. Invalid after 10 minutes and removed when read; server business records are separate. |
t1-tools-v4-return-y | Session storage for the Tools page scroll position when returning. No additional application expiry; clear site data to remove it. |
tawk.to Direct Chat Link | Opens external support after the user clicks. There is no embedded chat script or automatic transfer of site orders or forms. External cookies, logs, locations and periods require service-specific verification. |
2 Choices and controls
You can change language, saved works and learning choices, submit or abandon drafts, and clear this site’s cookies/site data through the browser. Clearing may sign you out or remove drafts. External support is used after you open its link. Optional purposes requiring prior consent are not activated before a valid choice; analytics, advertising or embedded uses lacking the required controls must not be enabled first. Browser settings do not replace choices we must provide by law.
3 Periods and clearing
Local records without application expiry remain until the user or browser clears them. The 24-hour draft and 10-minute handoff limits are read-validity checks, not timed physical deletion. Logout clears the relevant session while server records follow separate rules. Only minimal records needed to honour and demonstrate choices are retained and cleared when the choice is no longer relevant and no necessary legal or dispute purpose remains.
4 External services and updates
Following an external link differs from embedding a service. External tawk.to chat uses its own cookies and privacy arrangements and does not automatically receive this site’s orders, emails or drafts. New tools or purposes require an updated inventory and appropriate controls before activation. Contact t1drama@t1drama.com with questions.
Optional analytics and replay — supplement dated 27 October 2026
When enabled and with your choice, Google Analytics measures visits, sources and selected interactions. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and masked session replay on approved public pages. These are separate optional choices. Until a service is configured and your choice permits it, its script is not loaded.
We send stable page/content/button identifiers, interface language, device information and sanitized campaign/source information. Analytics providers may process connection information to provide aggregate region and device reports. We do not send form contents, search text, passwords, payment details, login tickets or private file links. Replay excludes search results, enquiries, account, payment, creation-workspace and delivery screens.
The t1-analytics-choice cookie records your choices for up to 180 days across the main site and its App subdomain. With analytics consent, _ga / _ga_* cookies may identify a browser for up to 180 days. An HttpOnly t1-analytics-context cookie (up to 180 days) can associate a confirmed business outcome with a consented visit. Clarity may use _clck (up to one year) and _clsk (up to one day) after replay consent. Essential login and draft storage is independent of these choices.
Our GA4 setup uses a two-month event-data retention setting. Clarity normally retains replay for 30 days and heatmap/click data for nine months; manually favorited sessions may remain for nine months. We do not automatically favorite recordings. Aggregate reports and business records have separate retention rules. Withdrawal stops future collection and removes accessible analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase previously processed reports.
Google and Microsoft operate these services under their privacy and data-processing terms and may process data internationally. No advertising personalization or cross-device identity matching is enabled by this integration. Choosing not to participate does not prevent enquiries, sign-in or purchases.
