The story in one paragraph.
Tell us who the story follows, what they want, and what stands in their way. An early idea is enough to begin a conversation. If you already have a script or source material, explain which parts should remain intact.
The audience and the destination.
Describe the intended audience, language, viewing format, and distribution plan. Include reference links with a short explanation of what you like about each one: the performance, the framing, the pace, or the atmosphere.
What you already have.
List available scripts, character notes, footage, design references, music, and other assets. Note which materials you are authorized to use and which need further permission. Share links with appropriate access rather than unrestricted public copies.
The practical constraints.
Set out the target schedule, decision makers, budget expectations, and essential delivery requirements. If these are still flexible, say so. Clear constraints help a team propose a useful first step.
