Identify what you have and what the sample should express. The production brief is where material and contact details are collected securely.
No order created hereThe three-business-day plan begins after we agree on the materials, scope and start date. Your order will set out delivery and feedback dates before payment.
Length interpretation. Confirm the sample's content and exact runtime in the agreed scope before payment.
The 3-business-day clock. Your order will specify the start date, applicable business-day calendar, delivery version and how feedback affects timing.
Revision boundaries. One revision within the agreed scope is included. Confirm its feedback window, consolidated changes and turnaround in the order.
File and email delivery. Confirm dimensions, format, language, captions/audio, attachment vs controlled link, retries and file versions.
Cancellation, refund and acceptance. Non-refundable is a business proposal awaiting applicable final terms. “No reply equals acceptance” is not automatically adopted.
Source permissions and order authority. Source use and the order’s price/terms must be verified. Public concept visibility or a user checkbox is not permission.

The timing trigger, calendar and whether the period covers the first or final version must be specified in your confirmed scope. This page does not invent a start date.
One revision within the agreed scope is included. We define the feedback window and how new requests are handled before payment.

We will show the applicable cancellation and refund terms for your confirmed scope before you are asked to pay.
